YogaWorks Federal Hill invites you to come to a class and experience them for yourself. There's no need to feel shy about attending your first yoga session — the instructors here are warm, welcoming, and happy to work with students of any skill level.
That being said, newbies should start at a class that's appropriate for them, like Beginner Yoga 1. The instructor takes the time to demonstrate and describe each pose, as well as the breathing methods distinctive to yoga, so that first-timers have no trouble keeping up and mastering the techniques. Once you feel comfortable with the fundamental yoga moves, graduate to a more challenging class like the fast-flowing Vinyasa 1 or Vinyasa 2 classes, Hot Yoga, or CoreFlow.
