Cypriana of Roland Park serves modern Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, and the awards just keep rolling in for this upscale but cozy eatery. Baltimore Magazine has named Cypriani a runner up for best date-night spot, and OpenTable awarded them with their 2018 Diner’s Choice Award.
Fans of the restaurant have undoubtedly picked up on Chef Maria Kaimakis’ passion for Mediterranean cuisine, and appreciate the menu of all hand-made menu items. Look for wood-fired flatbread, grilled meats and seafood, and an array of small plates perfect for sharing. There are plenty of special touches throughout the menu, like the use of imported Cyprus mint or Chef Kaimakis’ grandmother’s Mougendra recipe. Dessert is also an absolute must, but you will certainly have trouble deciding between items like pistachio sea salt baklava and Chocolatina cake.
Cypriana is open seven days a week starting at 5 p.m. for dinner service, and the bar stays open late each night until last call.
