The fitness gurus of Baltimore are making it easy to get healthy this summer with a series of free exercise classes along the waterfront. Fittingly called Waterfront Wellness of Baltimore, the class session is in full swing and will continue to run every weekend through September 16th at West Shore Park.
The next time you have a Saturday morning free, start your day with yoga at 7 a.m. Local gym Brick Bodies will lead the all-levels flow and send practitioners away refreshed and ready to start their weekend. Stick around for boot camp at 8 a.m. to get the juices flowing with a fast-paced interval workout from XPF. Then, at 9 a.m., XPF leads a Dance2Fitness class that sets cardio dance routines to up-tempo beats. If you’re free on Sunday morning, Yogaworks leads a Vinyasa class at 7 a.m., followed by family yoga at 8 a.m. Then at 9 a.m., Charm City Running hosts a beginner running session.
