The days are getting longer and brighter and the weather is warming up. It’s March in Baltimore and that means parades, opening day for our Baltimore Orioles, and plenty more fun activities. Put on your St. Patrick’s Day green, your favorite jersey, or come as you are and enjoy everything Baltimore has to offer as spring arrives!
International Women’s Day
Celebrate strong women all around the world on March 8, International Women’s Day. Hotel Revival will be hosting an event to benefit My Sister’s Place Women’s Shelter all day long from 8:00am until 10:00pm. Stop on by to honor the incredible women in your life with a day full of fun that includes raffles, drink specials, jewelry sales, and more.
O’pening Day Orange Patio
Get ready to bleed orange! Before the Orioles take on the Yankees, celebrate the beginning of baseball season at the O’pening Day Orange Patio tailgate at Mother’s Federal Hill Grill, on March 26 from 9-11:55am. The tailgate will feature a DJ, brunch, orange crush specials, and more.
2020 O’s Opening Day Block Party
Stop by Quigley’s Half-Irish Pub for the 2020 O’s Opening Day Block Party, which is just a block away from Camden Yards. From 10:30am-2pm on Opening Day, enjoy the block party with live music, an open bar with unlimited rail drinks, and unlimited amounts of certain light beers. You can also purchase a Game Package which includes a lower level ticket to the game!
Opening Day 2020 TailGOAT
Join Jimmy’s Famous Seafood for a tailgate experience that is truly one of the greatest of all time! The Opening Day 2020 TailGOAT will take place from 10:30am-2:30pm and feature an open bar, an extensive buffet menu, bottomless beer, tailgate games, and more. Opening Day Tailgate Festival 2020
Go all out for Baltimore’s National Holiday at the Opening Day Tailgate Festival! The annual Orange Tailgate hosted by BMORE Around Town will be taking place from 11am-2:30pm on Opening Day. The tailgate will have an incredible food selection, as well as an open bar with unlimited 16oz beers, live music from the group Go Go Gadget, and numerous options for premium packages.
St. Patrick’s Day
St. Patrick’s Parade
Parades are a St. Patrick’s Day tradition! Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day right by watching the 65th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, beginning at the Washington Monument and continuing along Charles Street. The parade will be taking place on Sunday, Mach 15 from 2-5pm.
Kegs & Eggs St. Patrick’s Day Rally
Get pumped for the Kegs & Eggs St. Patrick’s Day Rally on Saturday, March 14 from 10am-3pm! Enjoy some green beer and get ready to have fun time with multiple DJs, access to multiple bars, and more.
Baltimore’s Saint Patrick’s Day 5K
Stay active this St. Patrick’s Day and run in the Baltimore Saint Patrick’s Day 5K on Friday, March 13 from 6:30-9pm. After finishing the 5K race through Patterson Park, treat yourself to drink in the park, with two kegs being stationed. If you get lucky enough to place in the top three, you can even win prize money!
Canton Irish Stroll at Lee’s Pint

Santé: A Taste of Baltimore
Experience the wonderful cuisine that Baltimore has to offer at Santé: A Taste of Baltimore, hosted by the National Kidney Foundation at the American Visionary Art Museum. The event, taking place on Thursday March 12 from 6-9pm, will have over 20 food vendors, celebrity judges, a people’s choice competition, and a silent auction.
Kite Day 2020
Sunday, March 15 marks the 6th Annual Kite Day! Bring your friends and family to fly some kites and enjoy the beautiful March weather. The opening ceremonies will commence at 1pm at The Sandlot, but you can take part in kite day at any point throughout the day.
The Big Baltimore Kite Fest
The Big Baltimore Kite Fest will take place on March 28 from 12-4pm at Patterson Park. If you’re more on the creative side, take your kite to the next level by designing your own. Show off your incredible designs and you could win an award at the festival! Whether you are an artist or not, you can still have a great time at the Kite Fest.
Go back to the Roaring Twenties and take part in the Speakeasy Haunted Murder Mystery party at Lord Baltimore Hotel! On Thursday March 12 from 7-9pm, come enjoy a gourmet dinner and uncover the mysteries of the murders that took place in the hotel around March of 1929. Can you figure out who did it?
